Meet the Team

James Gallagher

James Gallagher

Director

James started with Louisianna’s Mobile Bars in May 2018, James has over a decade’s worth of hospitality experience to draw on since his pot wash days at The Epworth Tap.

Two years as a chef gave James the taste for mixing ingredients and he soon moved to the front of house in venues across Yorkshire.

James will usually be your initial point of contact, and still dusts down his bar blade every now and then to work at events but will more often be ensuring that every job is operating expertly and efficiently.

Joe started working with Louisianna’s in August 2021, Joe has been in the hospitality industry since 2016 where, like many young lads from Scarborough, he started in a fish and chip shop.

Ryan Rhodes

Ryan Rhodes

Event Manager

Ryan started working with Louisianna’s in May 2022, Ryan started his hospitality journey over a decade ago running food and making sandwiches for a local café.

While at university in Newcastle he started working in bars around the city and ended up doing a placement as an event’s organiser and that’s where he discovered his passion to create memorable events.

Ryan returned to York and worked in more high-pressure busy bars trying to perfect his craft in cocktails and service and was part of the opening team of the sky bar at Malmasion where he went through intensive training to provide seamless service to guests.
